本課程將先介紹分離技術於各式生物樣品之製備，如各式細胞、蛋白質、DNA、RNA等樣品純化方法。隨後再以層析理論為基礎介紹各式化學分離方法。課程中將以包括氣相層析、液相層析、電泳、薄層層析等基本原理，各章節之後亦會介紹個別技術之應用。

This course will first introduce the separation technology to the preparation of various biological samples, such as the purification methods of various cell, protein, DNA, RNA and other samples. Then, various chemical separation methods are introduced based on layer analytical theory. The course will include basic principles such as gas phase analysis, liquid phase analysis, electrophoresis, and thin layer analysis. After each chapter, the application of a different technology will also be introduced.

本課程先以引導學生瞭解分離技術於各式生物樣品製備之應用，隨後再介紹以層析理論為基礎之各式化學分離方法。

This course first guides students to understand the application of separation technology in the preparation of various biological samples, and then introduces various chemical separation methods based on layered analytical theory.
