本課程將先介紹分離技術於各式生物樣品之製備,如各式細胞、蛋白質、DNA、RNA等樣品純化方法。隨後再以層析理論為基礎介紹各式化學分離方法。課程中將以包括氣相層析、液相層析、電泳、薄層層析等基本原理,各章節之後亦會介紹個別技術之應用。This course will first introduce separation technology in the preparation of various biological samples, such as various cell, protein, DNA, RNA and other sample purification methods. Then various chemical separation methods are introduced based on chromatography theory. The course will cover the basic principles of gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, electrophoresis, thin layer chromatography, etc. The application of individual techniques will also be introduced after each chapter.
