本課程對於先秦儒學做一介紹,然而使用的版本,乃船山對於先秦的四書五經的詮釋,故一方面學習到先秦儒家精神,一方面學習到明清之際的思潮;故對於明末清初的思想做一介紹,其中以儒家思想為主,蓋當時的主流,主要以宋明理學為主,雖然過渡到清代,但還是保有義理之學,討論的還常是四書五經等學問,而研究的方法不太相同;主要的人物以顧炎武,黃宗羲,王船山,方以智等人為主,這也可說是清初之主要的大家,他們的作品,雖主要以儒學為主,然並非只有儒學,亦有道家,佛學的研究;本課程主要以王船山的思想為中心,而關連到其他的學者,而這些學者有著共同的傾向,即他們有重氣的思想特徵,以別於宋儒,如程朱的理學思潮,本課程主要談重氣學者如何以重氣的方式,來詮釋四書五經等,而能別於程朱(這一學期所側重者,乃船山的讀論語大全說)This course introduces the pre-Qin Confucianism, but the version used is Chuanshan's commentary on the four books and five books of the pre-Qin period. Therefore, on the one hand, we learn the pre-Qin Confucian spirit, and on the other hand, we learn the thoughts between the Ming and Qing dynasties. Therefore, we introduce the thoughts of the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. Among them, Confucianism is the main focus, and the mainstream at that time is mainly based on the Song and Ming dynasties. Although it was transitioned to the Qing dynasty, it still retained the principles, and discussed the four books and five books, but the research methods are not the same. The main characters are Yanwu, Huang Zongxi, Wang Chuanshan, Fang Yizhi, etc. People-oriented, this can also be said to be the main masters of the early Qing Dynasty. Although their works are mainly Confucianism, they are not only Confucianism, but also Taoism and Buddhism. This course is mainly centered on Wang Chuanshan's thoughts and connects other scholars. These scholars have a common tendency, that is, they have the characteristics of valuing spirit, distinguishing from Confucianism in Song Dynasty, such as Cheng and Zhu's ideological trend. This course mainly discusses how valuing spirit learners can discuss the four books and five books in a way that emphasizes spirit, and can be different from Cheng and Zhu (those who are important in this study period are the complete collection of valuations of Chuanshan)
