Monographic Study of Chinese Legal History
教育目標 Course Target
本課程為碩士班選修課程，大學部高年級亦可選修。本課程閱讀中國法律史的史料與研究書籍，探討中國傳統法律與社會之相關課題。
This course is a course for the judiciary class, and can also be selected by senior college students. This course reads historical materials and research books on Chinese legal history and explores the topics related to Chinese traditional law and society.
