通過幾個不同戲劇文體名篇的精讀與討論，增加對中國戲劇的感性認識。

Let students know the shape, basic principles, cultural and aesthetic characteristics and limitations of Chinese local drama and foreign drama scripts, and provide certain help for students to discover academic subjects and enter academic research in this field.
Through the careful reading and discussion of several famous works of different dramas, we will increase our emotional understanding of Chinese dramas.

本課程通過與西方戲劇的比較，研究中國戲劇諸文體（元雜劇、明清傳奇、古典 “地方戲”、現代戲曲、話劇）的形態及創作成就。

Through comparison with Western dramas, this course studies the shape and creation achievements of Chinese drama scripts (Yuan drama, Ming and Qing dynasties, classical "local drama", modern drama, and syllable drama).
