教育目標 Course Target

一、引導學生關注文學與其他藝術類別之間共通互融的面向。
二、引導學生瞭解「比較文學」視域中「跨藝術研究」的可能面向與方法。
三、引導學生理解「跨藝術研究」的相關理論。
四、引導學生就所關切藝術類別與文學的關係,開啟初步研究與累積研究成果。

1. Guide students to pay attention to the common and integrated aspects between literature and other art categories.
2. Guide students to understand the possible aspects and methods of "cross-arts research" in the perspective of "comparative literature".
3. Guide students to understand the relevant theories of "cross-arts research".
4. Guide students to initiate preliminary research and accumulate research results on the relationship between the art category and literature of concern.

課程概述 Course Description

在傳統知識架構下,藝術的類別經常被清楚劃分。事實上,許多古今中外藝術創作文本都是跨藝術文類的。尤其是進入媒體多樣化的時代後,各類藝術之間交融、互文創作的情形益加常見,甚學界因此也已相應地發展出許多「跨藝術研究」的理論與方法。

本課程擬透過「比較文學」學門中的「跨學科研究」視域,帶領學生一起探討以「文學」為中心進行「跨藝術研究」的諸多可能。課程的每個單元將採以下幾個步驟教學,修課同學需配合進行,以求獲得最佳學習效果。
一、首先,教師針對該週主題提供跨藝術文本,共同討論這些文本的跨藝術表現及研究該文本時可切入的理論與方法。課程中所討論的創作文本以華語世界的作品為主,並視主題提供其他語言與文化的相關文本作為參照。
二、討論與文本相關的論述,每篇研究案例由一位同學主講,主講者需指出論述中的問題意識、論述觀點、跨藝術研究方法、理論運用方式等;報告者必須事先準備至少一頁之討論大綱,其他同學亦需事先閱讀該論述,以利參與討論與講評。
三、教師介紹相關理論。

學生需就個人有意研究之文本進行報告及發展個人論點,於期中進行報告提案,在課堂上共同討論後發展論述,並於學期末口頭報告單元做一較完整的呈現。並在依建議斟酌修改繳交一篇八千至一萬五千字之書面專題報告。

Under the traditional knowledge structure, the categories of art are often clearly divided. In fact, many artistic creation texts at home and abroad, both ancient and modern, cross art genres. Especially after entering the era of media diversification, the integration and intertextual creation between various arts have become increasingly common. Therefore, the academic community has accordingly developed many theories and methods of "cross-art research".

This course aims to lead students to explore the many possibilities of "cross-arts research" centered on "literature" through the perspective of "interdisciplinary research" in the discipline of "comparative literature." Each unit of the course will be taught in the following steps, and students taking the course need to cooperate in order to obtain the best learning effect.
1. First, the teacher provides cross-art texts based on the theme of the week, and jointly discusses the cross-art expressions of these texts and the theories and methods that can be used when studying the texts. The creative texts discussed in the course are mainly works from the Chinese-speaking world, and relevant texts in other languages ​​and cultures will be provided as references depending on the theme.
2. Discuss text-related discussions. Each research case will be lectured by a student. The speaker must point out the problem awareness, discussion viewpoints, cross-arts research methods, theoretical application methods, etc. in the discussion. The presenter must prepare a discussion outline of at least one page in advance, and other students must also read the discussion in advance to facilitate participation in the discussion and commentary.
3. The teacher introduces relevant theories.

Students are required to report and develop personal arguments on the text they intend to research, make a report proposal in the midterm, develop the argument after joint discussion in class, and make a more complete presentation in the oral report unit at the end of the semester. After considering modifications based on the suggestions, a written special report of 8,000 to 15,000 words will be submitted.
