教育目標 Course Target
本課程透過健康講座及實際操作方式,讓學員能達到以下目標:
一、能瞭解個人健康體適能狀態。
二、能瞭解健康生活型態與運動關係。
三、能瞭解規律運動的好處及如何落實於生活。
四、能設計個人最佳運動處方。
五、能學會課程動作技能,以作為養成終生運動習慣基礎。
This course enables students to achieve the following goals through health lectures and practical operations:
1. Ability to understand personal health and fitness status.
2. Be able to understand the relationship between healthy lifestyle and exercise.
3. Be able to understand the benefits of regular exercise and how to implement it in life.
4. Be able to design the best personal exercise prescription.
5. Be able to learn course movement skills as a basis for developing lifelong exercise habits.
