1. 在資訊課寄的代動下，社會的變化加深加劇，本課程從資訊科技、資訊經濟和柯祭文化的發展、進而到其對生活、社會和文化諸層面的影響，並討論其所引發的倫理問題。本課程易對國內、外對於資訊科技、資訊經濟和科技文化的發展和實踐的情形回顧與深入探討。
2. 上課方式以課堂(預計5、6週)、邀請專家學者演講(預計6、7週)、企業參訪(1週)以及電腦教室上機(2、3週)方式進行，課程內容包含google的創新、apple的創意、facebook-blog個人與企業行銷、網路成癮、資訊個人隱私、資訊趨勢(世界是平的)、資訊志工等單元。
3. 期中考與期末考外，同學需分組合作，完成二項報告。

1. Driven by information courses, social changes have deepened and intensified. This course starts from the development of information technology, information economy and Keji culture, and then to its impact on life, society and culture, and discusses the ethical issues it raises. This course provides an easy review and in-depth discussion of the development and practice of information technology, information economy and science and technology culture at home and abroad.

Classes will be conducted in the form of classes (expected to be 5 or 6 weeks), lectures by invited experts and scholars (expected to be 6 or 7 weeks), company visits (1 week), and computer classroom sessions (2 or 3 weeks). The course content includes units such as Google’s innovation, Apple’s creativity, Facebook-blog personal and corporate marketing, Internet addiction, information privacy, information trends (the world is flat), and information volunteers.
3. In addition to the midterm exam and the final exam, students need to work together in groups to complete two reports.

在資訊科技的帶動下，社會的變化快速，也深深影響了我們的生活，本課程從資訊科技、資訊創意、資訊經濟和科技文化的發展，進而到其對生活、社會、和文化諸層面的影響，並檢討其所引發的各項問題，例如侵害智慧財產權、著作權、隱私權…等，以期有助於我們的社會進步與發展。其中資訊生活各種問題不是局限於一隅，它偏佈各行各業且互為關聯，它是我們必然會面對的問題。此外，本課程亦對國內、外對於資訊科技、資訊倫理、資訊經濟和科技文化的發展和實踐的情形回顧與深入探討。
