本課程希望學生藉由認識新教倫理與儒家倫理,特別是前者對於現代工作倫理與志業精神的影響,培養學生正向的工作態度與價值感,以協助其能將工作與個人的存在價值相互整合,願意而且能夠尋找出自己的志業,成為一位快樂的存在者,以體現本校通識教育之篤信與宏通的基本素養,將個人生命價值與整體人類價值相互融滲與整合。This course hopes that students can cultivate students' positive working attitudes and sense of value by understanding the new teaching ethics and Confucian ethics, especially the former's influence on modern work ethics and aspirational spirit, so as to help them integrate work and personal existence values, be willing and able to find out their aspirations, become a happy existence, and integrate personal life values and the overall human values by experiencing the basics of education in the school.
