教育目標 Course Target
１、熟悉法庭、國際法庭與仲裁庭之程序進行與實務
２、掌握個案訴訟策略擬定，訴訟辯論技巧與訴訟程序進行流程
３、增加訴訟文書撰寫實力
４、透過校際活動方式觀摩他校學生模擬法庭辯論技巧，並從中獲得啟發。
1. Be familiar with the procedures and practice of courts, international courts and arbitral tribunals
2. Master the decision on a case-based lawsuit strategy, and conduct procedures for complaint discussion skills and lawsuit procedures.
3. Increase the ability to write lawsuits
4. Watch his school student mock court discussion skills through school activities and gain enlightenment.
