課程目的主要有二:
1. 協助同學在修習民法債編各論之理論後，得以實際運用並解決問題。
2. 培養學生自律學習，問題解決，批判思考及團隊合作等技能，以符合終身學習之需求。There are two main purposes of the course:
1. Help students to practice theories on the theory of various discussions on Civil Law Debate, and can actually be used and solved.
2. Cultivate students' skills such as self-discipline learning, problem solving, critical thinking and team cooperation to meet the needs of final learning.
所有能被參考的書，都是參考書。所有能被參考的資料，都是參考資料。
All books that can be referenced are reference books. All data that can be referenced are reference materials.
