教育目標 Course Target
課程目的主要有二:
1. 協助同學在修習民法債編各論之理論後，得以實際運用並解決問題。
2. 培養學生自律學習，問題解決，批判思考及團隊合作等技能，以符合終身學習之需求。
The course has two main purposes:
1. Assist students to apply and solve problems in practical applications after studying the theories in the Civil Law Debt Collection.
2. Cultivate students' skills in self-disciplined learning, problem solving, critical thinking and teamwork to meet the needs of lifelong learning.
