本課程的主要目的在於介紹現代土地使用規劃與管制的基本概念、理論與方法。使以土地管理、環境景觀規劃、城鄉計畫為專業的學生，獲得正確的規劃理念和方法。期望在未來從事實際專業工作時，能夠得心應手作正確的規劃決策。以改善人民生活環境品質，增進社會福祉。課程內容包括：土地使用計畫的基本思想源流及理論、土地與生態倫理，以及環境規劃管理、土地資源保育、可持續發展、城市成長管理與智慧型成長、區域及城鄉規劃、國土規劃管理、全球氣候變遷與生態環境影響等課題。The main purpose of this course is to introduce the basic concepts, theories and methods of modern land use planning and control. This enables students majoring in land management, environmental landscape planning, and urban and rural planning to acquire correct planning concepts and methods. I hope that I will be able to make correct planning decisions with ease when engaging in actual professional work in the future. To improve the quality of people's living environment and enhance social well-being. Course contents include: basic ideological sources and theories of land use planning, land and ecological ethics, as well as environmental planning and management, land resource conservation, sustainable development, urban growth management and smart growth, regional and urban-rural planning, land planning and management, Global climate change and ecological environmental impact and other topics.
