本課程旨在探討人們在工作時與日常生活中所使用工具、機器、系統、工作方法、設備之設計及身處各種環境時應該考量之人類特徵、限制、預期及行為等要素。亦即,研究人因技術可以有效地應用在產品設計與開發過程中,以改進產品的使用性,使用者與產品的績效,使用者滿意度及產品安全等。
在產業方面,較周詳地考慮了人因工程的產品就比較能夠提高它的附加價值,也增強了它的市場競爭能力;公司提供人性化的工作制度和環境,使員工身心健康得到保障,提升工作效率。
This course aims to explore the human characteristics, restrictions, expectations and behaviors that people should consider when they work and in their daily lives. That is, the research technology can be effectively applied in product design and development process to improve product usability, user and product performance, user satisfaction and product safety, etc.
In terms of industry, more carefully considering the products of human-care engineering can improve their additional value and enhance their market competitiveness; the company provides humanized work systems and environments to ensure the physical and mental health of employees and improve work efficiency.

本課程旨在探討人們在工作時與日常生活中所使用工具、機器、系統、工作方法、設備之設計及身處各種環境時應該考量之人類特徵、限制、預期及行為等要素。亦即,研究人因技術可以有效地應用在產品設計與開發過程中,以改進產品的使用性,使用者與產品的績效,使用者滿意度及產品安全等。
在產業方面,較周詳地考慮了人因工程的產品就比較能夠提高它的附加價值,也增強了它的市場競爭能力;公司提供人性化的工作制度和環境,使員工身心健康得到保障,提升了公司的形象,也提高了員工的向心力和生產力;為老人、兒童、殘障人士設計的特殊設施能使他們的生活更加便利,也促進了社會的和諧等。
This course aims to explore the human characteristics, restrictions, expectations and behaviors that people should consider when they work and in their daily lives. That is, the research technology can be effectively applied in product design and development process to improve product usability, user and product performance, user satisfaction and product safety, etc.
In terms of industry, more carefully considering products with human factors engineering can improve its additional value and enhance its market competitiveness; the company provides humanized work systems and environments, so that employees' physical and mental health can be guaranteed, the company's image can be enhanced, and the employees' centripetal force and production capacity can be improved. Special facilities designed for the elderly, children, and people with disabilities can make their lives more convenient and promote social harmony.
