一開始藉由了解高齡者人口結構的現況與變遷、社會福祉、身心發展狀況、醫療保健政策的方向…等等需求，來知悉相關的認知、產品、通用、智慧生活空間的設計，依此導入高齡期的設施居住模式，且探討解說高齡者生活智慧空間設計所需的各項考量，並融入greens、cloud、reduce、Mobile Communications、Intelligent、Innovative applications…等領域，且比較分析國內外高齡者生活空間的現況、居住的類型、服務的設施，使理論與實務的結合更加緊密。At the beginning, by understanding the current and changes in the population structure of the high aged, social well-being, physical and mental development status, medical and health care policies and other needs, we will understand the relevant knowledge, product, general and smart living space design, and follow this to introduce the high aged facility living model, and explore and explain the various considerations required for the design of the smart space for the high aged life, and integrate greens, cloud, reduce, Mobile Communications, Intelligent, Innovative Applications… and other fields, and compare and analyze the current situation, type of residence, and service facilities of high-age people at home and abroad, so as to make the combination of theory and practice more closely.
