在現今的社會工作領域裡，服務方案設計與評估是獲取社會資源的重要工具，也是社工員必備的工作技能，更是社會工作展現專業能力的重要方法。也因此，本課程希望達到以下目的：一、讓同學可以輕鬆地學習到服務方案設計與評估的重要概念及操作方法。二、藉由實際模擬撰寫「方案計劃書」，讓同學親身體會及練習「服務方案設計與評估」的重點與箇中技巧，並培育未來就業能力。三、藉由每週的習作與課堂報告，讓同學從分享與討論中了解自己的優缺點，從中獲得更大的學習與成長。

In today's social work field, service plan design and evaluation are important tools for gaining social resources, work skills required for social workers, and an important way for social work to demonstrate professional abilities. Therefore, this course hopes to achieve the following purposes: 1. Allow students to easily learn important concepts and operating methods of service plan design and evaluation. 2. Write a "Project Planning" through actual simulation, allowing students to learn the key points and skills of "Service Program Design and Evaluation", and cultivate future employment abilities. 3. Through weekly work and class reports, students can understand their own advantages and disadvantages through sharing and discussion, and gain greater learning and growth.

This course is designed to prepare undergraduate students to develop the knowledge, skills and strategies required for grantsmanship in relation to project planning, proposal writing, service effect evaluation and fund application at the practice operational level. The course not only demystifies the grant-writing process by providing a guide but exposes students to a variety of potential sources and approaches for program or project implementation.
