1987~1995年台灣中小企業從底層貨幣網絡的角度討論台灣社會經濟的發展，很自然就注意到以農會信用部及信合社為主角的地方金融社會，以及在日常生活普遍運作的標會活動。認識貨幣網絡層級性是認識資本主義層級性的工具。問題是，20~30年後，中小企業面臨國際金融是如何運作？同時，台灣中小企業也慢慢發展成跨國企業，面臨歐洲美元與全球金融的需求問題。此時，正值資本主義與當代企業的發展與反思的時刻。

From 1987 to 1995, Taiwan's small and medium-sized enterprises discussed the development of Taiwan's social economy from the perspective of the underlying monetary network. It was natural to pay attention to the local financial society with the Farmers' Association Credit Department and the Credit Union as the protagonists, as well as the standardization activities that generally operate in daily life. Understanding the hierarchical nature of monetary networks is a tool for understanding the hierarchical nature of capitalism. The question is, how will small and medium-sized enterprises operate in the face of international finance in 20 to 30 years? At the same time, Taiwan's small and medium-sized enterprises have gradually developed into multinational enterprises, facing the demand for Eurodollars and global finance. This is a moment of development and reflection for capitalism and contemporary enterprises.
