5.研習各種介入的手段,以提升管理人員的領導能力及技巧。The following goals are pursued by this course:
1. Study people’s behavior, attitudes and performance in organizations.
2. Study the significance of organizational development and organizational change.
3. Discuss techniques to reduce employees’ resistance to change when the organization undergoes change.
4. Understand the methods of diagnosis when organizations undergo changes.
5. Study various intervention methods to improve the leadership abilities and skills of managers.
