希望學生於修讀本課程後，對於一般倫理理論、專業倫理規範、公共事務倫理有概要性理解。同時，在課程進行中，透過公務倫理議題、事件的論證、討論，以釐清公共事務倫理規範在實務上的應用及其困境。It is hoped that after taking this course, students will have a general understanding of general ethical theories, professional ethics standards, and public affairs ethics. At the same time, during the course, through demonstration and discussion of public affairs ethics issues and events, the practical application and dilemmas of public affairs ethics norms will be clarified.
