從憲政主義的論述,談西方憲政民主的發展及其理論基礎,並就我國憲法的主要內容闡述我國的立國精神、人民自由權利的保障、中央政府體制等,希望學生能在修習本課程後,大致上了解近代以來民主憲政之發展及我國憲法的主要精神與內容。

From the discussion of constitutionalism, we will talk about the development and theoretical basis of Western constitutional democracy, and elaborate on the main contents of our country's constitution, including our country's founding spirit, the protection of people's freedoms and rights, the central government system, etc. We hope that after taking this course, students will have a general understanding of the development of democratic constitutionalism in modern times and the main spirit and content of our country's constitution.
