讓有意投身媒體者有基本的採訪寫作能力，無意進入相關行業者，也能了解媒體的基本生態，從面對媒體形塑的公民社會有更真切的認知
Let those who intend to join the media have basic access writing skills, those who do not intend to enter related industries can also understand the basic ecologies of the media, and have a more real understanding of the civil society shaped by the media.
