教育目標 Course Target
讓選課同學了解，在台灣現行法令架構下，如何以合法手段組織人民，改變政策爭取權益。
Let students who choose the course understand how to organize people through legal means and change policies to fight for rights and interests under Taiwan's current legal framework.
參考書目 Reference Books
一、請自行選擇一本「博奕理論」或「三十六計」的書籍，做為自修及備考之用。
二、請到全國法規資料庫，自行下載：立法院職權行使法、遊說法、請願法、訴願法、政治獻金法、行政程序法、行政訴訟法和行政執行法等法令備用。
1. Please choose a book on "Game Theory" or "Thirty-Six Strategies" for self-study and exam preparation.
2. Please go to the national laws and regulations database and download for yourself: the Law on the Exercise of Powers of the Legislative Yuan, the Lobbying Law, the Petition Law, the Appeal Law, the Political Contribution Law, the Administrative Procedure Law, the Administrative Litigation Law, and the Administrative Enforcement Law, etc. for later use.
