讓選課同學了解，在台灣現行法令架構下，如何以合法手段組織人民，改變政策爭取權益。Let students in the course understand how to organize the people with legal means and change policies and gain rights under the framework of Taiwan's current legal regulations.
一、請自行選擇一本「博奕理論」或「三十六計」的書籍，做為自修及備考之用。
二、請到全國法規資料庫，自行下載：立法院職權行使法、遊說法、請願法、訴願法、政治獻金法、行政程序法、行政訴訟法和行政執行法等法令備用。
1. Please choose a book about "Biography" or "Thirty-Sixth" for self-study and preparation.
2. Please go to the National Legislative Regulatory Database and download it yourself: Legislative Yuan’s responsibilities, travel statements, request law, complaint law, political fund law, administrative procedure law, administrative lawsuit law and administrative enforcement law for preparation.
