（三）使學生瞭解政治之本質、政治與個人、政治與社會之有形與無形、直接與間接的關係。
（四）引導學生認識與分辨，各種政治體制之建立與運作，與文化思想之關係。
（五）使學生瞭解與分辨，各種政治體制與政治思想、政治理論之間的關係。
（六）使學生瞭解，權利與權力之意涵、性質、功能與關係。
（七）使學生瞭解國際社會之本質，以及國際之競爭與國家文化之關係(1) To enable students to understand the meaning of culture, types of culture, and the relationship between the shaping of culture and the environment.
