(四)引導學生認識與分辨,各種政治體制之建立與運作,與文化思想之關係。
(五)使學生瞭解與分辨,各種政治體制與政治思想、政治理論之間的關係。
(六)使學生瞭解,權利與權力之意涵、性質、功能與關係。
