本課程將透過學術與實務結合,用已知的選舉理論來詮釋、分析與解釋複雜的政治現象,以期許修課同學能夠更正確並迅速理解政黨政治與選舉制度在民主政治下的運作過程。This course will combine academics and practice, and use known electoral theories to interpret, analyze and explain complex political phenomena, in the hope that students can more correctly and quickly understand the operation process of party politics and electoral systems in democratic politics.
本課程的主要研究議題分為政黨和選舉兩大主題領域。政黨包括政黨的定義、起源、組織、體系、候選人的提名制度,政黨與政治發展及其在政府體系中的角色,以及政黨在國會中的運作。選舉則包括各國的選舉制度、選舉制度的分類原則、選舉制度的政治影響等等。此外,本課程也深入探討政黨體制與選舉制度的相互關係,並對選民投票行為做一深入的探究。
The main research topics of this course are divided into two thematic areas: political parties and elections. Political parties include the definition, origin, organization, system, candidate nomination system, political parties and political development and their role in the government system, as well as the operation of political parties in Congress. Elections include the electoral systems of various countries, the classification principles of electoral systems, the political impact of electoral systems, etc. In addition, this course also explores the relationship between the political party system and the electoral system in depth, and conducts an in-depth exploration of voter voting behavior.
