課程概述 Course Description
本課程針對全球化、國際化的企業經營趨勢，介紹多國籍企業相關理論與實際運作，特別是在下列範圍：風險管理、海外投資及融資市場及金融面制度、全球化投資之資本預算及策略，短期及長期性融資的環境及工具的簡介及分析。
This course introduces the global and international corporate trends, and introduces the relevant theories and actual operations of many national enterprises, especially in the following areas: risk management, overseas investment and financing market and financial systems, capital budgets and strategies for global investment, and introduction and analysis of short-term and long-term financing environments and tools.
