Financial Innovation
教育目標 Course Target
Financial innovations are generally divided into two fields: product innovations and process innovations. This course is designed to provide a deeper understanding of financial product innovations. We introduce the basic principles for financial product innovations, and investigate applications of financial innovations in bonds, common stocks, options, swaps, convertibles, structured notes, securitizations, and credit derivatives.
