教育目標 Course Target
本課程主要著重在探討有關投資銀行的功能與其相關業務，並且針對投資銀行理論與策略進行相關的說明與介紹。由於金融市場的變化莫測，本課程將融入有關投資銀行在金融市場所扮演的角色的探討，也運用時事案例的討論，期望學生能對投資銀行的相關知識有深入淺出的了解，以利學生能具備理論與實務的結合，並在未來的職涯規畫能有更多面向的了解。
This course mainly focuses on discussing the functions of investment banking and related businesses, and provides relevant explanations and introductions to investment banking theories and strategies. Due to the unpredictable changes in the financial market, this course will incorporate discussions about the role of investment banks in the financial market, and also use discussions of current affairs cases. It is expected that students can have an in-depth and simple understanding of the relevant knowledge of investment banks, so that students can combine theory with practice and have a more comprehensive understanding of future career planning.
