藉由教科書的系統,協助同學瞭解管理不同層次之現象,介紹相關理論,協助學生解釋現象發生之原因,將課程所學融入並應用於人際互動及生活見聞中;藉由案例分析、個案討論與小組報告,試著結合理論與生活,鼓勵學生於互動討論過程中發言,培養意見表達及獨力思考的能力。Through the system of textbooks, students are helped to understand phenomena at different levels of management, introduce relevant theories, help students explain the reasons why phenomena occur, and integrate and apply what they have learned in the course to interpersonal interactions and life experiences; through case analysis, case discussions and Group reports try to combine theory and life, encourage students to speak during interactive discussions, and cultivate the ability to express opinions and think independently.
