資訊視覺化一直是資訊呈現的重要議題，也就是探討如何將數位資訊以容易理解避且免誤解的方式來進行有效率地呈現。在高度發展的資訊世界中，高使用度已經不足以讓使用者對界面產生價質感。如何引出使用者觀看時的愉悅感、舒適感與情感，是正在進行中的課題。因此，本課程希望先透過傳統美學的簡介與實際操作，帶出修習者內心對美的省視，尋找出美的規則。更進一步地透過定義美的規則以及整合運算的特性，來產生衍生式的美學。最後帶入環境資訊與互動技術，來產生互動式資訊美學實作。Information visualization has always been an important issue in information presentation, that is, to explore how digital information can be presented efficiently in an easy-to-understand and avoided misunderstanding. In the highly developed world of information, high usage is no longer enough to allow users to feel priced for the interface. How to elicit the user's pleasure, comfort and emotions when viewing is a topic that is being carried out. Therefore, this course hopes to first use the introduction and actual operation of traditional aesthetics to bring out the practitioner's inner scrutiny of beauty and find out the rules of beauty. Further, defining the rules of beauty and integrating the characteristics of computing can produce derivative aesthetics. Finally, environmental information and interactive technology are brought in to generate interactive information aesthetics.
