教學內容包含下列重點：(1)簡介：用以提供學生對彈性製造系統初步之了解。(2)彈性製造系統之技術層面：主要在介紹彈性製造系統中硬體相關之主題；如：NC/CNC/DNC機具、物料搬運系統、工業機械人自動檢驗設施、自動倉儲、控制架構及電腦路等。(3)彈性製造系統之管理層面：探討彈性製造系統管理工作相關作業；如：管理目標設訂、產品分析、生產技術選訂、製造資源規劃、經濟及財務分析及系統安裝管理等。最後，本課程將介紹分散式控制系統概念，並引導同學東海大學自動化中心上機實作。

The teaching content includes the following points: (1) Introduction: Used to provide students with a preliminary understanding of elastic manufacturing systems. (2) Technical level of elastic manufacturing system: mainly introduces the hardware-related topics in elastic manufacturing systems; such as: NC/CNC/DNC machines, material handling systems, industrial robot automatic inspection facilities, automatic storage, control structure and computer circuits, etc. (3) Management level of elastic manufacturing system: Explore related operations of elastic manufacturing system management; such as: management target design, product analysis, production technology selection, manufacturing resource planning, economic and financial analysis and system installation management, etc. Finally, this course will introduce the concept of a decentralized control system and guide students to implement it at the Automation Center of Donghai University.
