教學內容包含下列重點：(1)簡介：用以提供學生對彈性製造系統初步之了解。(2)彈性製造系統之技術層面：主要在介紹彈性製造系統中硬體相關之主題；如：NC/CNC/DNC機具、物料搬運系統、工業機械人自動檢驗設施、自動倉儲、控制架構及電腦路等。(3)彈性製造系統之管理層面：探討彈性製造系統管理工作相關作業；如：管理目標設訂、產品分析、生產技術選訂、製造資源規劃、經濟及財務分析及系統安裝管理等。最後，本課程將介紹分散式控制系統概念，並引導同學東海大學自動化中心上機實作。The teaching content includes the following key points: (1) Introduction: used to provide students with a preliminary understanding of elastic manufacturing systems. (2) Technical aspects of flexible manufacturing systems: Mainly introduces hardware-related topics in flexible manufacturing systems; such as: NC/CNC/DNC machines, material handling systems, industrial robot automatic inspection facilities, automatic warehousing, control architecture and computers Lu et al. (3) Management level of flexible manufacturing system: Discuss the tasks related to flexible manufacturing system management; such as: management goal setting, product analysis, production technology selection, manufacturing resource planning, economic and financial analysis, and system installation management. Finally, this course will introduce the concept of distributed control systems and guide students to implement it in the Automation Center of Tunghai University.
