本課程之目標在教授熱力學、電磁學、光學及近代物理四大領域中之主要物理內涵。上朮領域均是物理系二、三年級中之必修科目,在普通物理的層級則以傳授主要之物理觀念,強化同學們自中學物理以來之物理直覺,並能熟悉如何利微積分為學工具之基本演算及對實際物理系統之計算。本課程之基本目標為訓諌同學能熟各領域之習題演練,藉此除可訓練其思考能力,培養其勤於作業,並增進其學習之廣度。The purpose of this course is to teach the main physical connotations of the four major fields of thermal science, electromagnetism, optics and modern physics. The upper fields are all compulsory subjects in the second and third grades of the Physics Department. They teach the main physical concepts at the level of ordinary physics, strengthen the physical intuition of students since they have studied physics, and be familiar with how to benefit the basic calculations of micro-dividing into learning tools and calculations for actual physics systems. The basic goal of this course is to train students to be able to learn to practice topics in various fields, so as to not only train their thinking ability, cultivate their diligence in their work, and increase their learning ability.
