這門課我們將著重文本的閱讀與感受，包括詩歌、戲劇與小說三種文本類型。透過文本的細讀從中思考問題，包括每一個文字與符號存在的意義，不同文學形式的特色，何謂文學風格，以及文本所架設出的以及所可能對應的世界。「閱讀」是開啟文學世界的關鍵鑰匙，我們期待同學別急著從文學作品中找到答案，而是耐心地依循著文字的軌跡前進，並往返於文本、世界、自我之間，在航行的過程裡也留下屬於你自己的閱讀印記，並逐漸培養評價作品的能力。在每一個文本的閱讀過程裡，也將帶領同學試著走入文學史與文學理論的世界，除了作為中文系學生專業訓練的基礎累積，也希望啟發大家更為豐富的分析文本之能力與視野。"Introduction to Literature", as a compulsory introductory course for all Chinese students entering the literary world, naturally has a brick-and-mortar meaning: I hope that through such a course, students will initially understand what literature is, and besides being a purely happy reader. In fact, "what is literature" should be the first question that Chinese students have to ask themselves after entering this department; and you will answer this question through the next four years or even a lifetime: What is literature, literature What is the meaning of your "self"? In this course we will focus on the reading and feeling of the text, including three types of texts: poetry, drama and fiction. Think through the perusal of the text, including the meaning of each word and symbol, the characteristics of different literary forms, what is the literary style, and the world that the text has set up and possibly corresponds to. "Reading" is the key to unlocking the literary world. We expect students not to rush to find answers from literary works, but to patiently follow the trajectory of the text and to travel between the text, the world, and the self, in the process of navigation. It also leaves your own reading mark and gradually develops the ability to evaluate the work. In the reading process of each text, students will also be led to try to enter the world of literary history and literary theory. In addition to accumulating as a basis for professional training of Chinese students, they also hope to inspire everyone to have more ability and perspective to analyze texts. .
In addition to introducing the style characteristics of various literary categories (poetry, novels, prose, drama, film), this course also includes basic literary theories and concepts such as literary function, literary criticism, literary category, and literary communication, and is intended to be based on literary knowledge. Introduced to enable students to master the relevance of literature and other disciplines, such as linguistics, history, psychology, etc., through the reading and theoretical proof of classical and modern related texts, to expand students' literary vision and knowledge. It can be used as a basic course in the history of literary development and the history of literary criticism.
