教育目標 Course Target

配合教育部擬定的醫藥生技關鍵技術,以及創新創業相關議題,以培育生技產業創新創業人才為目標。課程內容涵蓋具有前瞻性的醫藥生技基礎課程;其中各年度的創新創業人才培育課程規劃由具備教學、研究、技術開發、實務管理以及法律相關經驗的教師授課,課程目標為:啟發學員的創意、提出創新的研發議題,輔助實務演練,孕育出創業的項目。 基礎課程內容涵蓋六大關鍵技術及其他八大領域之基礎課程,六大關鍵技術課程涵蓋基礎及臨床分子醫學、基因轉殖動、植物、應用微生物及保健食品、分子檢驗及疾病篩檢、醫藥化學在藥物研發之應用、動物模式在醫藥研究之應用;在創新、創意、創業方面將通過多方位的課程,包括創新精神與啟程、市場分析與技術鑑價、團隊組成及人才管理、智財務管理與法規、市場行銷與經營策略、財務及風險管理、個案實例專討、計畫實務演練的單元課程,從生技產業創業的精神、要件、分析、評估、人才、管理、市場、營運、智財、風險等各個層面,向學員呈現生技產業創業所需面對的所有問題及策略,讓學員作好創業的充分準備。課程同時安排專題演講、專題討論、創新創業構想與腦力激盪、個案實例專討,由產業的專家分享創業過程中的成功與失敗,由決策專家介紹目前國際生技產業發展的趨勢,由輔導團隊專家帶領激發學員的創新創業構想與腦力激盪。Cooperate with the key technologies of medical biotechnology formulated by the Ministry of Education and the related topics of innovation and entrepreneurship so as to cultivate the talents of biotechnology innovation and entrepreneurship.
