教育目標 Course Target

了解個種不同單元操作實際運作情況,由基本理論設計實驗方法,由實驗結果檢討理論與實際之差異。■ 學習活動與作業說明 (Learning Activities and Assignments) 一、流體化床實驗     負責教師:顏宏偉(辦公室ChE209)   流體化床發生之條件,最小流體化速度及壓降,流體化種類,流體化床之應用 二、拉伸實驗       負責教師:林其昌(辦公室ChE210)   材料延展及力學性質分析,透過學理探討並配合導引學生自行設計拉伸實驗,藉以開拓學生靈活思考及專業學   理整合之技能。 三、反應工程實驗     負責教師:李國禎(辦公室ChE213)   本實驗之主要目的是由批示反映器獲取醋酸乙烯之皂化反應數據,並用數學分析方式以獲得此反應之反應級數   及其活化能。此皂化反應之轉化率及各化合物濃度由測量之電位值加以推算。 四、生物反應器操作實驗  負責教師:楊芳鏘(辦公室ChE214)   1.掌握生物反應器的操作方法,畫出生物反應器結構圖。   2.熟練生物反應器的消毒與滅菌操作過程。   3.在非生物培養條件下﹐測定體積氧質傳係數。Understand the actual operation of a variety of different unit operations, the basic theory of experimental design methods, the experimental results to review the differences between theory and practice. ■ Learning Activities and Assignments First, fluidized bed experiment is responsible for the teacher: Yan Hongwei (Office ChE209) Conditions of fluidized bed generation, minimum fluidization rate and pressure drop, type of fluidization, application of fluidized bed Second, the tensile test teacher in charge: Lin Qichang (Office ChE210) Material extension and mechanical properties analysis, through theoretical study and guidance to guide students to design their own tensile test, in order to develop students flexible thinking and professional Rational integration skills. Third, the reaction of experimental engineering teacher in charge: Li Guozhen (Office ChE213) The main purpose of this experiment is to obtain the saponification reaction data of vinyl acetate from the instrumental reflectors and to obtain the reaction series of this reaction by mathematical analysis And its activation energy. The conversion of the saponification reaction and the concentration of each compound are estimated from the measured potential values. Fourth, the bioreactor operation experiment teacher in charge: Yang Fangqiang (Office ChE214) 1. Master the operation of the bioreactor, draw the bioreactor structure. 2. skilled bioreactor disinfection and sterilization process. 3. Under non-biological culture conditions, determine the volume oxygen mass transfer coefficient.

了解個種不同單元操作實際運作情況,由基本理論設計實驗方法,由實驗結果檢討理論與實際之差異;另程模實驗旨在訓練學生具分析整合並使用商用化工製程模擬軟體之能力,奠定程序設計之基礎。
Understand the actual operation of a variety of different unit operations, the basic theory of experimental design methods, experimental results from the review of the theoretical and practical differences; other modular experiment is designed to train students with the ability to analyze and integrate the use of commercial chemical process simulation software, lay the program Design basis.
