0735 - 神經科學 Principles of Neuroscience


教育目標 Course Target

課程目標: 介紹神經系統之基本構造、功能和研究方法,訓練學生分析實驗數據及整合歸納能力,培養學生對神經科學之認知和理解,以及口述報告之能力。 課程內涵: 動物的神經系統一向是科學家們汲汲於研究及解密的課題,也是生物醫學研究中快速發展的領域之一。本課程是為大學部高年級所開設,課程中有許多討論的機會。修習之學生應當於每次上課之前自行閱讀課程章節,方可增進神經系統知識之吸收。學生並將分組閱讀指定之教材內容,並在課堂上講解所分配到之章節。本課程將在學期中研習神經系統的構造與功能,並在細胞的層級詳細探討神經傳導物質和神經突觸在結構與功能之間的關係,神經元細胞內與細胞之間訊息傳遞的分子機制,最後在神經迴路的架構上探討神經系統如何整合及運作。此外,部分的神經系統疾病案例將以影音型式呈現。Course objectives: Introduce the basic structure, function and research methods of nervous system, train students to analyze experimental data and integrate induction, develop students' cognition and understanding of neuroscience, and the ability of oral report. Course content: The nervous system of animals has always been a subject that scientists are studying and decrypting. It is also one of the rapidly developing fields in biomedical research. This course is offered for senior students in college and there are many opportunities for discussion in the course. Students attending the seminar should read the course chapters before each class to improve their knowledge of the nervous system. Students will also study the contents of the designated textbooks in groups and explain the assigned chapters in class. This course will study the structure and function of the nervous system during the semester and will explore in detail the relationship between the structure and function of neurotransmitters and neuronal synapses at the cell level and the molecular mechanisms of the transmission of information between neurons and cells Finally, the structure of the neural circuit to explore how the nervous system integration and operation. In addition, some cases of neurological diseases will be presented in audio-visual format.
