0712 - 生物統計學 Biometrics


教育目標 Course Target

本課程的主要目的在於建立學生良好的統計學觀念,進而培養學生獨立獨立設計實驗與分析資料的能力。課程將由討論科學方法為起點,介紹各種統計方法,包含敘述統計、t-test、變異數分析、相關分析、迴歸分析、類別資料分析與無母數統計。The main purpose of this course is to establish students 'good concepts of statistics, and then to develop students' ability to independently design experiments and analyze data. The course will start with the discussion of scientific methods, introducing various statistical methods including narrative statistics, t-test, variation analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, category data analysis and non-algebraic statistics.


課程概述 Course Description

利用sas軟體分析,建立學生對資料數據的處理,結果之研判及實驗工作的規劃(採用統計設計方式)。首先就族群與樣品的差異予以探討,統計時產生可能錯誤(Type I,Type II)緣由,及由族群所用的Z分布及應用時的t分布,變方分析中的單因子設計(CRD,RCBD,Latin Square)與複因子設計。迥歸分析(Simple & Multiple regression)的由來及應用。二項分布及卜瓦松分布及非母數分析常用的方法包括chi-square 、rank test等各種方法。
The use of sas software analysis, the establishment of student data processing, the results of the research and experimental planning (using statistical design methods). Firstly, the differences between ethnic groups and samples were discussed. The causes of Type I and Type II errors in statistics were analyzed. The Z distributions and t distributions used by the ethnic groups were analyzed. The single factor design (CRD, RCBD , Latin Square) and complex factor design. The origin and application of Simple & Multiple regression. Binomial distribution and distribution of Burson-Marsteller and non-algebraic methods commonly used include chi-square, rank test and other methods.
